First, it's a waste of (presumably) good vodka.  Second, while you will 
absorb some alcohol through the lungs, you will not absorb enough to get 
drunk or even mildly high.  Third, it's likely toxic.  Alcohol in 
sufficiently high concentration in the lungs will be very irritating and 
likely greatly inflame the lungs.  Not a good idea.  Sounds to be like 
someone was already drunk when they thought about this.
