Subject: Is the gas/air inside a fruit/vegies that is hollow purified in any way?

For instance peppers,canolope, sometimes strwberrys, you know, things that are 
hollow. Is the air pure oxygen or something? What are the main elements? Since 
the hollow spot isnt in direct contact with the outside, it has to pass 
through the cells of the fruit. so to ask the question again what is in the 
center of these types of fruit. Thanks for answering all of my previous 
questions also! I love what you guys do thanks again!!!
