I couldn't figure out the structure of NO2+ LIGAND.When I asked my teacher he
said he was not sure so I told him that I'd search for the answer myself. What
exactly is the structure of NO2+ ligand? Which is the donor atom and if it is
nitrogen, has it got any free electrons to donate? Please reply as soon as
possible.
