Are electrons repelled from the negative terminal of a battery? And if so then
dont this mean that if we take a battery and just connect a wire to the negative
terminal "only" that electrons would then repel each other from the negative of
the battery into the wire? Remember the positive of the battery is not hooked
up, Im simply asking if electrons repel each other and would they repel each
other into a wire hooked up to "only" the negative of a battery??? Thanks I know
this will not power anything this way, again Im just trying to understand if the
electrons will repel each other into the wire on the negative terminal even if
the positive terminal is not hooked to anything????
