My question is: Is there live yeast cells in wine that is bottles for
consumption. The Basic premise is that if a person has a severe allergic
reaction to live yeast cells then they want to avoid anything that has live
yeast cells in it even if they are dormant. Please give a documentable type
answer and not just yes or no. By this I mean citing a scientific study or paper
that shows that they have with a microscope verified that there is or is not
live yeast cells in wine dormant or not.

Thank you
