I was confused about turnover number(TON) and turnover frequency (TOF) when I 
was doing my literature review. I understand that turnover number (TON) and Kcat 
(catalytic efficiency) are the same concept in enzyme kinetics. But I am not 
sure what does TOF tell us in enzymatic reactions?
