Subject: how would you form a seedless strawberry?

I know you might have to graft the plant but how would you do this? and 
why would that make the strawberries seedless?  I have to fill out a report 
on how the new plant will affect the farming industry and other plants and 
animals.  would it be affected by bugs? would there be a market for the 
new plant.  I need as much information as possible.
