My question 917321112.Bp was submitted about 8-10 weeks ago and I've had no 
reply.  Can we try again??

What is the best color of light to use at night to preserve night vision??  What
is the relative effectiveness of the primary colors - Red, Green, Blue in such
applications given the human eye sensitivity to each.  Blue was used in WWI, 
Red in WWII and after, Green is now becoming popular.
