Message:

I have a project and I need to know what materials I will need to 
test ascorbic acid in different fruit juices.  Will I have to buy a 
science kit to test for ascorbic acid or are there materails in 
the home that I could possibly use?  If I need to purchase a kit, 
what would you recommend?  Thank you in advance for your help.  All 
suggestions greatly appreciated.
