Message:
I am told that some "carnivorous" insects (those that eat other insects) do
not "drink" - they exist on the body juices of prey; and that herbivorous
insects suck juices from the plants they eat. Do any insects "drink"
fluids the same way as larger animals? When it rains, do insects drink
rain water?
