Javex is 5.25% sodium hypochlorite,(litmus paper doesn't react),
but when mixed with water, litmus paper changes. Does that mean
that in it's 5.25% state will not function as - disinfectant?
Would the instruction given: "put on undiluted bleach" make any
sence?
