By "Spoon Shaped Finger Tips" I presume you mean spoon shaped nails??

If so, the medical term for this condition is called koilonychia. Our nails have a natural convex shape. However medical conditions such as iron deficiency, and rarer ones such as rheumatic fever, syphilis (venereal disease) and lichen planus (a non-infectious inflammatory disorder of the skin that can affect the nails) can cause koilonychia.

If you mean "clubbing" of the nails and fingertips, this condition occurs most commonly in individuals who do not oxygenate their tissues well. Conditions such as congestive heart failure or anything that decreases the ability of the lungs to oxygenate the blood can cause clubbed fingers. In the pediatric population clubbed fingers are commonly seen in patients with cystic fibrosis. The exact etiology of why the fingers become clubbed is not known. Most people belive the poor oxygenation adversely affects the growth of the nail plates, deforming the finger tips.

Hope this helps..
