About 10 days ago, a friend of mine submerged an egg in vinegar. At the end of
the 10 days, we saw that the egg white was white, and the yolk looked like it
was cooked. I understand that this happens when the proteins in the egg is
denatured. So had the vinegar that had entered the egg done just that to the
egg yolk and egg white?
