Message:
I know that N2O3' s sctructure can designe with a co-ordinate bond. But why we
can't think that N2O3 has a structure without a co-ordinate bond. We can draw
it with eight electrons in each N and O only with covalent bonds.
Is the stucture without a co-ordinate bond incorrect?
